Spa Owner Advisory by Priscilla Hardenne

You built your spa to help women feel like themselves again. Somewhere along the way, you lost yourself in it.

I'm Priscilla. I have run a med spa for seven years. I have been through the good, the brutal, and the parts nobody warns you or talks about. Now I want to work with women spa owners who are ready to step back, rebuild and find their sparkle again.

My Story

Why I do this

Since I was a teenager, I dreamt of owning a spa. After solving my own skin issues, I knew I wanted to help other women feel confident in their own skin. That dream finally became a reality.

Then one Monday it hit me like a brick. I woke up with a heaviness I never expected. More guilt rose as my heart broke from the unexpected heaviness. I remembered when I first opened my spa. I couldn't wait to go to bed just so I could wake up and get back at it the next day. I had so much energy, passion and it disappeared in what felt like the snap of a finger. I thought to myself, will I ever get my Sparkle back?!

I built that dream. Seven years in, I've been through almost everything this industry can throw at an owner: staff who didn't share my vision, device reps who overpromised and underdelivered, growing too fast because a shiny new machine seemed like the answer, saying yes to every service because I thought that's what "full service" meant. Every one of those lessons cost me something. Most of them cost me myself.

I didn't write this from a place of theory. I rebuilt, found clarity, and my sparkle. Now I help other women spa owners do the same. So you don't lose yourself in the beautiful business you've created in the first place.

If you're a spa owner who built something real and still feels like it's slowly taking more than it gives back then I know exactly where you are. Not because I read about it. Because I lived it.

I'm not selling you a system I read about in a book. I'm sharing what actually worked, with a small number of owners at a time.

Let's Find Your Sparkle

Is this you

If two or three of these are true, keep reading.

The Sparkle Method

A 90-day advisory container, built around your business and your life.

This isn't a course, and you won't get a binder of templates. It's a structured, guided engagement with me, and a clear arc from where you are now to a business that runs without running you into the ground. The container is fixed. How we move through it is shaped around what you actually need.

Weeks 1–3

Naming what's actually broken

We go past the surface complaints and find the real decision points draining you: staffing, vendors, scope of services, money, boundaries. Most owners have never mapped this out loud before.

Weeks 4–9

Rebuilding the structure

We rebuild the systems underneath the exhaustion: who does what, how growth decisions get made, what protects you legally and operationally, and what you stop saying yes to.

Weeks 10–13

Stepping back, on purpose

We put the handoffs and boundaries in place so it sticks. Stepping back isn't a one time relief, it's how your beautiful business runs now.

This might be for you

  • You've been running your spa for a couple of years and the exhaustion has stopped feeling temporary.
  • You want real structural change, not another list of marketing ideas.
  • You're ready to make decisions, not just talk about making them.
  • You want someone who's actually run a spa, not studied one.

This probably isn't for you

  • You haven't opened yet and need a pre-launch plan. Feel free to reach out anyway, a different track may fit.
  • You're looking for a social media or marketing manager.
  • You want someone to do the work for you rather than guide you through it.
