Why I do this
Since I was a teenager, I dreamt of owning a spa. After solving my own skin issues, I knew I wanted to help other women feel confident in their own skin. That dream finally became a reality.
Then one Monday it hit me like a brick. I woke up with a heaviness I never expected. More guilt rose as my heart broke from the unexpected heaviness. I remembered when I first opened my spa. I couldn't wait to go to bed just so I could wake up and get back at it the next day. I had so much energy, passion and it disappeared in what felt like the snap of a finger. I thought to myself, will I ever get my Sparkle back?!
I built that dream. Seven years in, I've been through almost everything this industry can throw at an owner: staff who didn't share my vision, device reps who overpromised and underdelivered, growing too fast because a shiny new machine seemed like the answer, saying yes to every service because I thought that's what "full service" meant. Every one of those lessons cost me something. Most of them cost me myself.
I didn't write this from a place of theory. I rebuilt, found clarity, and my sparkle. Now I help other women spa owners do the same. So you don't lose yourself in the beautiful business you've created in the first place.
If you're a spa owner who built something real and still feels like it's slowly taking more than it gives back then I know exactly where you are. Not because I read about it. Because I lived it.
I'm not selling you a system I read about in a book. I'm sharing what actually worked, with a small number of owners at a time.
